Dragon Pharma ships from US domestic and international store locations. A flat $40 shipping fee applies per order per store location. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with tracking provided.
Shipping Fee Structure
A flat $40 shipping fee applies per order, based on which store location your products ship from. If your order contains products from both a domestic and international location, two separate $40 fees apply — one per shipment. To avoid paying two shipping fees, order products from a single store location where possible.
US Domestic Shipping — 3-7 Business Days
Dragon Pharma operates multiple domestic US store locations. US domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location and which domestic store fulfils the order. Domestic shipping provides faster transit times and avoids international customs processing. A tracking number is provided for all domestic shipments.
International Shipping — 7-21 Business Days
International orders ship from Dragon Pharma's international store location to destinations worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days depending on destination country, customs processing and local postal services. A tracking number is provided. All packages are discreetly packed regardless of destination.
Restricted Countries
Dragon Pharma does not currently ship to China, Hong Kong or Taiwan due to regulatory restrictions. For all other destinations worldwide, international shipping is available. Contact customer support if you have questions about shipping availability to your location.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to the nature of performance compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective. To initiate a return, contact support through the Customer Support page with your order number and description of the issue. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error is Dragon Pharma's. Replacements or refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
